1. Rehydrate & Cook

Soak in hot water for 10–15 minutes, then:

  • Slice into Thai curries, stir-fries, and noodle dishes

  • Add to soups, broths, and laksa

  • Blend into chilli pastes with garlic, ginger, and lemongrass

2. Make Thai Chilli Flakes or Powder

Crush or grind to make:

  • Thai chilli flakes for noodles, pizza, eggs, or dumplings

  • Chilli powder with intense heat and aroma

3. Infuse Oils & Sauces

  • Steep in neutral oil for spicy drizzling oil
